This project completes a suburban block, this way it is inserted on the urban fabric consisting of old factory constructions and new plants which are being constructed at present. 

The north highway access la Rinconada-Seville will connect the building with the rest of the city. In views of the imminent opening of this access, the area where the building is place is under a frantic developing process.

The building’s concrete and glass framework is covered by a perforated metal skin which enhances the shape of the building and integrates it within the surrounding industrial landscape. There are courtyards throughout all the building that make possible its lighting and cross ventilation.

The perforated metal skin covering the building structure carries out different tasks which improve the inside comfort.
