Placed at a new growing residential area designated as ‘Sector Pescadería’, the building is materialized through a codified skin which registers different transparency levels:

- Opaque skin: a ventilated façade of GRC boards with vertical band reliefs. An image of a dynamic and vibrant but austere and imposing monolith is obtained, combining randomly a series of boards with different mouldings.

- Transparent skin: on the one hand, a glass curtain wall facing north lightens the volumeand allows the best usage of the indirect sunlight on the working area. On the other hand, the sliding windows facing south allow controlling the lighting thanks to adjustable aluminium slats.

- Translucent skin: the opaque skin is extended over the curtain wall by means of serigraphies which act as a visual filter to provide the employees with privacy.
