The isolated plot is located in a growing residential area. It is surrounded by the local swimming pool, a geriatric and a medical centre. The topography is almost even and the plot is rectangular shaped. 

The building is developed into three pieces which are arranged so that the best orientation for the classrooms and the best organisation and control of the school are obtained. The primary and administration building piece has two floors; it also works as an articulating joint for the plot since it divides the nursery area from the complementary usage one and from the playground and the sports courts.

The nursery building works independently with its own playground. It is separated from the primary school by a courtyard to the south which provides a good lighting to the building. On the other hand, the primary school classrooms are arranged around a two-level corridor connected to the complementary usage pieces (library, computer lab, gym, changing room, multi use classroom…)

The dining hall is separated from the main building. Both of them are linked by a covered porch and a small outdoor breakout space which separate the different playgrounds and sports courts of the school.
