Medina de Pomar is a small urban area which registers its highest activity level during the summer months. When the project was assigned the area was yet undeveloped, but there already existed plans for the construction of a new neighbourhood of leisure residences.

At this point, the strictness of the local rules defined the building according to standard solutions. Therefore, a building with sloping roofs that provided the construction with certain peculiarity and natural lighting was designed.

The facade, a brick-shell which registers different permeability levels, keeps up with the urban environment. Meanwhile, the inside of the building has a single white surface dressing, allowing the optimisation of the budget.
