These 30 factories are assigned to companies on the tertiary sector, transports and services. They are conceived for a logistic purpose, for the storage of freight goods or to carry a small transformation of goods for their sale and distribution.

The circulation patterns around the factories set a difference between the pedestrian and customer service access and the loading and unloading area access.

Thanks to the red bordered metalcladding the project stands out over the logistic park. This metal plate has been micro perforated at the window level on the administration and sales areas. A cohesion image is given thanks to the saw-tooth roofs facing south which, as well, light the inner rooms.
