The project intends to establish an agreement among the shape of the plot, the urban condition of the piece, the optimisation of the building possibilities and the building programme as well as the spatial and architectural quality of the dwellings.

This range of in-between meeting points is, essentially, an extension between the public and the private and vice versa. They are different areas which contribute to the development of sociability among neighbours and the realisation of activities such as gardening, reading, outdoor meetings and other basically housework activities. The ‘Fiesta de los Patios’ (courtyard party) itself, is what illustrates best this interaction between the public and the private, resulting in truly positive synergies.
