APARTHOTEL IN CHIPIONA (CADIZ)
The plot is located in a garden city fabric with a residential and hotel purpose. The buildings are isolated inside parcels which form different types and volumes. Moreover, there is a direct access to the seaside promenade through a way crossing the adjoining plot.
The building is merged into the architectonic heterogeneous environment through a series of differentiated volumes: on the one hand, two pieces with a rocky outward appearance contain the rooms and common spaces; on the other hand, the main vertical communication core appears as a singular landmark, opaque and prominent, towards
All the three pieces are linked on the ground floor by porches and gardened areas. Moreover, a fluctuating system of open galleries promotes the transit and relationship between the residents, constantly changing during the different holiday periods.
