Located in Bujalance, the project meets its urban determining factors, makes the most of the possibilities the place offers and establishes a dialogue between the rural environment and the architectural language.

The dwellings are laid out in two double-corridor strips, aligned with the road that forms a block courtyard along with the communal use premises. Only the northern side has a top floor of dwellings. This floor is accessed through a covered balcony which is pulled 50cm away from the façade in order to provide the bedrooms with the privacy they need.

In the activities communal area, closing the block in the corner, the design proposes a café/pub, television lounge and toilets. In addition, a direct access from the street is proposed so that these leisure areas may also be enjoyed by the rest of inhabitants in Bujalance, preserving part of the plot’s former public nature.
